I’ve been MIA in social media and this blog for nearly 6 months now. Not intentionally.
Cancel – Delete – Purpose
I’ve been busier than ever but I think the real reason I’ve been completely MIA is because I write something and think: “why would anyone care about this”. Then I hit cancel, or delete the post before publishing.
Being extremely busy has led to my writing being completely unfocused (not that I’ve ever really stayed focused on a post except maybe the one on Central Pain Syndrome).
Anyways, after I write something or sometimes in the middle of writing, I decide that I haven’t really said anything useful or worthwhile so I don’t post it.
When it comes down to it though, isn’t the purpose of this blog to understand life after stroke? Isn’t life after stroke a random mess of odd challenges and disorganized thoughts?
Well this post (as well as the majority of my other ones) is definitely random and disorganized.
Maybe I should change the name of this blog to:
Random Ramblings of a Stroke Survivor
Maybe I’d post more often if I didn’t feel as if my posts needed a purpose. Then again, I may not.
Stroke month is almost over and I haven’t participated in any way. I’m a bad, bad blogger………. However, I do have an infographic that was sent to me to share with you – hopefully I will before Stroke Month is over.
This is not what I anticipated this blog to look like a year after it began. I wonder what it will resemble a year from now. Hopefully it will have some consistent posts. By the way, if you read my last post before my disappearance – this paragraph is not my idea of living with intention.
If anyone’s still out there reading my blog – Leave a comment & Say hello below! You may also want to sign up for email notifications, if you haven’t already, since I obviously have no posting schedule!
